CONSIGNMENT & PLACEMENT TERMS
We accept designer and vintage items on consignment and showcase them in our store, on our website, and through our social media channels.
Terms of cooperation:
• Monthly placement fee: $50 USD per client, regardless of the number of items submitted.
• The placement fee is charged for each started month of consignment.
• Store commission on sold items ranges from 20% to 30%, depending on the category and value of the item.
• Payment for sold items is issued after the transaction has been completed and payment has been received from the buyer.
• The store reserves the right to determine the most appropriate sales and marketing strategy for each item, including placement in-store, on the website, social media, and curated selections.
• All submitted items must be authentic and accurately represented regarding their condition.
• The store reserves the right to decline any item without providing a reason.
• Clients may request the return of their items at any time by notifying the store in advance.
• Monthly placement fees are non-refundable if items are withdrawn before the end of the paid period.

— Storage of items in our store;
— In-store display and presentation;
— Product photography and content creation when required;
— Website listing;
— Promotion through the store’s social media channels;
— Customer communication and sales management;
— Fittings, viewings, and buyer consultations.
By submitting items for consignment, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms stated above.
